Something for the New Year! ... 🎤 Karaoke Night at Val Waterhouse Centre! 🎶

We’re excited to announce a Karaoke Night for everyone at our Adult Autism Service!
📅 Date: Wednesday 28th January
🕒 Time: 5:30 pm - 7:00 pm
📍 Location: Val Waterhouse Centre

Come along for an evening of music, fun, and community! Whether you love singing or just want to enjoy the performances, this is a great chance to relax and connect.

People are welcome to come, have a sing-along along or just come along and support the people brave enough to get up and give it a go.

🗓️ Tuesday 1st July 3.30pm to 6pm
📍 Val Waterhouse Centre

🗣️ One-off group session
😀 For family members and loved ones of autistic adults.
🧠 Better understand autism and autistic adults, how autism presents in different people, and how autistic people function in the home environment.
🏠 Enable autistic people to feel empowered and more understood in their home environment.

Faraway Cooking Group - Book free now! 🍴🍲
🗓️ Weekly Thursdays (starting 23rd January)
📍 Val Waterhouse Centre, 41-43 Kent St, Grimsby DN32 7DH
These hearty meals will vary to fit all tastes, no week will be the same as the last!
The menu will be pre-planned and the ingredients will be there, you just have to bring yourself and a willingness to learn.
