Cord cutting is a deeply healing process that helps release emotional or energetic ties to people, places, or situations that no longer serve you. These invisible cords can keep us feeling stuck, drained, or unable to move forward — even long after an experience has passed.

In my sessions, I begin by gently guiding you through chakra healing to help uncover and balance the root cause of the attachment. This allows us to work not just on the surface, but at a deeper energetic level.

From there, I blend hypnotherapy with Reiki to support emotional release, calm the nervous system, and realign your energy field. We complete the session with a soothing candle ritual — a symbolic act of letting go, releasing the old, and calling your power back to you.

Each session lasts around 2 hours and is tailored to one individual or situation you wish to release. Most people begin with one session per cord they wish to cut, though follow-up sessions are always available if needed.

The cost is £40 per 2 hour session, and follow up sessions, if required, are £30 per session.
