Afternoon to all my beautiful clients ☀️

As some of you know I am taking part of a 24 hour charity event for Sunflower Children's Action Group. Each year our kickboxing club push ourselves to do something absolutely crazy for different charities, whether it's 12 hour events, running 21 miles or 666 Burpees everyday 🤯

This April we will be in our gym for 24 hours doing 24 different workouts including pad rounds and whole lot of cardio 💪 it is definitely going to be a physically but more importantly mentally straining challenge. I love sleep, so going this long is going to be insane 😴
