Park Manager (or couple) required for Noah’s Retreat.

Noah’s Retreat is located at Laceby in the North East Lincolnshire countryside, nestled between the coastal resort of Cleethorpes and the sea-faring town of Grimsby.

The park is unique in that it does not compromise in its determination to offer inclusive holiday solutions to all, including those with limited mobility or suffering from disabilities, and is committed to developing the very best and accessible holiday lodge accommodation, in an eco-friendly and sustainable environment.

The company is now looking to recruit an exceptional and ambitious candidate (or couple), with the necessary skills to fulfil a management role at Noah’s Retreat Laceby, including a commitment to delivering a top-quality holiday experience, and the ambition of taking on added responsibility ‘as and when’ the brand is rolled out across the UK.

This role would ideally suit a candidate with a leisure market pedigree (or a couple who could work together), who is highly computer literate and has the skills to manage and promote the business via social media.

Customer engagement is everything at Noah’s Retreat. The park is located in stunning surroundings which encourages guests to experience the countryside and re-engage with nature in all its forms. Facilitating this will represent a major opportunity for the successful candidate.

The role of the Park Manager is to oversee all operations and day-to-day activities at the park. including:

🙏 Maintaining the highest brand standards across the park

🙏 Effective administration, including the management of higher fleet bookings, and reception facilities

🙏 Managing a team of cleaners to ensure that the highest accommodation standards are maintained

🙏 Liaising with contractors and suppliers

🙏 Managing all staff including casual labour

🙏 Supervising any maintenance work and renovations

🙏 Ensuring that the grounds are kept to a high standard including lawns, beds, and natural habitat features

In fact, it’s an all-encompassing role; one that is certainly challenging but also highly rewarding.
