Introducing Mobility to Music at Centre4… 🎵🏃‍♂️ We’re excited to launch a new inclusive fitness group, designed for all abilities.

Over 12 weeks, you’ll enjoy gentle, music-led movement sessions that are all about feeling healthier, building confidence, and connecting with others in a supportive space.

Whether you’re new to exercise or already active, this group is a friendly way to get moving, have fun, and look after your wellbeing.

Starts from 7th October | Tuesdays at 2:15pm - 3:00pm | Located at Centre4 | Free to join

CHILD NASAL FLU TODAY
We start the nasal flu ONLY today. If your child was aged 2 or 3 on the 31st August 2025 we have a couple of appontmemts left for tea time today call to book. If you can't do today other clinics are available for your little ones.
