Let me show you what the 8 weeks will look like:
Firstly, lets split it into two parts.
1. The training
2. The challenge/ coaching
The training.
If you’re new to training you’ll join our Foundations sessions at Unit One. Small group PT, focussed on getting started, learning the main movements/ technique and building the foundations.
If you’ve trained with us before, you’ll have the choice of Club sessions or go through Foundations to ease back in.
The challenge:
Pre challenge, we run through a goal setting session. We find out where you’re at, where you want to get to and then we will help find the best way to get you there. This part is very much individualised coaching (not a copy and pasted diet printed on a piece of paper)
Based off that,
Your first 4 weeks will be about improving habits to move you towards that goal, whatever it may be.
You will have a weekly coaching call with one of the team to ask any questions, to learn all things training, nutrition, supplements and basically cut through all the misinformation out there to help you focus on the important stuff that actually helps.
Weeks 5-8, all of the above continues, but we add in some team based challenges.
Some in the gym, some outside the gym.
In the past we have encouraged members to meet up for walks, challenged them to cook some different recipes, read some books, cut down screen time and basically look at health as a whole.
So basically you get:
Up to 24 face to face PT sessions
A clear plan that we know will help you move towards your goals
A PT to answer any questions you might have at any point throughout the 8 weeks
8 coaching calls to listen to others and learn what really matters when it comes to health.
A community that wants you to succeed. Members, coaches...
We love seeing each other succeed.
It doesn’t get much better than that in my opinion... slightly biased because... it’s my gym and my challenge but we can back it up.
