Maria’s Yoga

Maria’s Yoga Intelligent, Intuitive, Integrated Yoga online and in Hampshire and Surrey. We do all of this with kindness and curiosity.

An attentive yoga class exploring and finding rest in the postures, sensing the movement of the breath and learning to take the time to ease tension and create space. You will be guided through a series of functional movement patterns: side bending, rotation, flexion and extension of the spine. We will learn how to use 3 friends: gravity, the breath and the wave or extension of the spine, bringing freedom to the body and the mind. The class will end with a brief mindful relaxation. Maria has been teaching for over 10 years having qualified with the Inner Yoga Trust 500+ hours (accredited by the British Wheel of Yoga). Since qualifying she continues to find time for her evolving personal practice and has regularly attended workshops and training sessions with leading practitioners interested in the Scaravelli Inspired approach.
