A beautiful week to go deep in your practice, coming down into the sacral, hips and pelvis and exploring what comes through.

Womb breath ✨
Use this breath a lot personally to keep this space in balance. It’s hard as women with a continuous changing cycle, this will help you connect deeply and open it up.

Scorpio Yin ♏️
Internal and externally stretching the hips, along with a little facial release for those tight spots in the bum!

Afternoon Nap đź’—
Sometimes we just need a lie down but in a way that’s meaningful. Close the tabs down in the mind, release some stress and come out of this practice clearer & balanced.

Samhain Meditation 🫶
The original Halloween, a time to honour ancestors. Grab your candles, pictures of loved ones and spend a little time with them when the veil is at its thinnest.
