One of the key things I share during my group and 1:1 Sound Bath Meditations is that it's a tool to help you gain in-sights. That is, be able to look within, and find your treasure.
I sometimes have to pinch myself that I get the privilege to hold space for people to find themselves, whether it's to find inner calm, insight to issues you are facing, heal from difficult experiences, and/or spiritual depth. If I could choose training to compliment my 1:1 Sound Healing work, I'd love to do Bec's Reiki class. She has a couple places left 💫

🌈 This is a two day course running with a maximum of 4 people. There are two spaces remaining.

🌈 Reiki 1 is the beginning of your deeper self healing journey. It helps you find energetic alignment and balance as well as paying more attention to self care and personal awareness. 

🌈 During the two day course, you will receive four attunements, two meditations and training in giving treatments to both yourself and others. You will also learn about the history of Reiki and what Reiki is and used for.

🌈 You will be given a manual to take home and a gift as part of the course.

🌈 You will also be awarded a certificate at the end.

🌈 When you have completed Reiki 1 you can perform self healing treatments and unpaid treatments on friends and family and go on to do Reiki 2 and set up a Reiki business from there.
