The Calf muscles act first to stop your fall. Simply put, they can make all the difference. Thus, they should be first priority when strength training. They weren’t for me when I first started. I have learnt this the hard way.

All too often we blame our shoes. When we are not satisfied, we replace them with another pair until we are. Why?
