Wrist pain, tingling fingers, or hand fatigue isn’t just “normal” - it’s often a sign of repetitive strain building up over time.

Research shows-

• Up to 50-54% of computer users report wrist discomfort
• Around 30-40% experience recurring hand or wrist symptoms
• Repetitive strain injuries account for a large portion of work-related musculoskeletal issues worldwide
• Conditions like carpal tunnel syndrome affect millions of people globally each year

The good news? Small daily habits like wrist mobility, strengthening exercises, and regular breaks can significantly reduce strain and help protect long-term hand health.

And if you’ve already started noticing those early signs-or you just want clarity and peace of mind-you can get a free, personalised assessment and guidance here- https://app.10to8.com/book/gsscyt-free/1932067

Not an easy one, if you can get through 5-10 without your leg/hip cramping.. 🎩 ‘s off to you 👏 - 2 sets if possible.
Try and keep the back as upright as possible, simply being aware can make all the difference 👌

All the best 🙏

Research shows that up to 80% of lower limb pain cases are linked to poor movement mechanics rather than true structural damage.

Weak glutes can reduce hip stability by over 30%, while collapsed arches and ankle instability significantly increase load on the knees and hips with every step.

Controlled single-leg work like this has been shown to improve balance and joint stability by up to 40% over 8–12 weeks.

If you haven’t already - try before keyhole surgery 🔪
Give yourself a few months of this and other functional hip/foot mobility and lower limb strengthening routines before going under.

What is done cannot be undone, but you just might be alright.
Give it a go, all the best 🙏💪

Stiff feet? A practical way to improve foot mobility - walk up and down a hill.

The climb will work on foot flexion and the descend - foot extension.

The best bit, everything above such as the knee, hip and back will also mobilise to keep you from falling!

Do as many times until breathing normalises and it doesn’t feel too much effort to climb or descend anymore. Give it a go, all the best 👍🏼
