🎧 Just finished listening to a brilliant episode of The Drive with Peter Attia, featuring Professor Paul Turek — all about male fertility.

🧬 Professor Turek breaks down semen analysis, lifestyle factors, sports, s***m banking and more. It was packed with insights that I know will deepen the support I can offer to my fertility patients — especially couples navigating male factor issues.

🌿 But the moment that really stood out came right at the end. When speaking about patients referred by Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) practitioners, Professor Turek said something beautiful:
