🌟 One Small Shift 🌟
Like so many people who didn’t yet know any better, I used to tell myself things like, ‘I’m so behind’ or ‘This is too much." "I can’t do this.’ At the time, it felt right — it matched how I was feeling overwhelmed.
But those little words added up, making everything feel so much harder.
I’ve learned: the words we tell ourselves are like seeds. If we plant worried thoughts, we grow worry. If we plant trusting thoughts, we grow confidence, calm, and clarity.
