Helen has not only lost a fab 2 Stones, she has kept it off for over 5 years 👏

️💖👏 Let's hear it for these amazing 2👏💖Having lost over 9 Stones between them, Mary and Jack, 2 of our amazing 5:30pm members, were voted our groups Slimming World Icons, and what inspirations they are ✨️💖

Not only have they lost that weight but they are always so supportive to their fellow members in group too, always with a kind word or top tip when needed 💕 You demonstrate beautifully what group is about 🥰

🤔 HOW DO YOU START YOUR DAY?!

After the school run I like to start mine with a bit of Rick! 🤩

If you've not discovered 'Get fit with Rick' on YouTube give him a go! My members recommend him and he's brilliant, different levels and time workouts (with a countdown timer too 👍) I LOVE the Zumba ones 💃🕺

Move a little more each day at a level that's suits you and your body and health will thank you 💖
