Maddy has been making fantastic progress on getting into the stable! She’s all the way in, and now just building up her tolerance and where she feels comfortable facing.
How are you getting on with your top goals? We’d love to know!
If you don’t have any goals at the moment, try to think of 3 things that you’re aiming for. These could be really small, like expanding the ranges of cuisines you like. In which case, maybe your goal can be to try one new cuisine a week.
Or perhaps your goal is bigger, weight loss, weight gain, or getting a new job. Break this down into smaller steps. What small thing can you work on to get you closer to your big goal.
I always try to have a goal for each main area of my life. This could be health, work, family, hobby- anything!
