Sh*tali breath (Sheetali pranayama)
sitting comfortably
either roll tongue or place tip of tongue behind top of front teeth
The inhale is through the rolled tongue or over the front teeth, exhale nose.
repeat for 2-3 minutes
This breathing techniques clams the mind, Cools the body , believed to aid reducing blood pressure & manage an alleviating fever
ideal if having a hot flush (perimenopause /Menopausal) or over heating due to physical activity.

He holds a Vidwan title in Advaita Vedanta from Maharaja Sanskrit College, Mysore, and a Master’s degree in Sanskrit from Mysore University.
Since 2003, he has been teaching Sanskrit, chanting, and yogic philosophy at KPJAYI and SYC, sharing the wisdom and depth of yoga philosophy with hundreds of students worldwide.
Qualifications:
• Vidwan in Advaita Vedanta – Maharaja Sanskrit College Mysore
• M.A. in Sanskrit – Mysore University
• 20+ years of experience with Shree Sharath Jois at KPJAYI & SYC and International Teaching
