I’d love to introduce my wonderful pal Annie to you lovely lot. has put together a manageable plan for me to improve my gut health. This has been something I’ve been meaning to do for a while, however as I Ramp up my running for this years marathon, I definitely felt I needed to start looking out how I nourish my body. Well done to Annie for keeping a straight face as I confessed the amount of coffee I drank 🤷🏻‍♀️😅

This is a very exciting day for me 💃🕺
For a long time now I’ve been working behind the scenes on a members rehabilitation area on my website, and the day has finally come, it is ready!!
As most of you will already know, when I send aftercare it is usually via WhatsApp, and it can get repetitive and lost over time, so I came up with the idea of putting aftercare on my website. If you are a client of KST, you will be able to get the password to access the rehabilitation library free of charge, to access at your leisure.
It took a LONG time to create 😮‍💨, so I haven’t managed to do templates for everything, that can be the 2022,2023 challenge 😅
