Keeping up the Kinesis clinic annual ‘Tough mudder’ tradition, son Ben and pals Archie and Ollie completed it this weekend. Facing electric shocks, mud crawling, 12 foot walls and ice baths to name but a few of the obstacles. They had a blast and smashed it in record time! Unfortunately a knee injury while training stopped me from joining in this year but looking forward to 2023’s challenge if anyone wants to join 🙌

Amazing time in Rome this week with Dr Mike Leahy and many of the Active Release Techniques Europe team. This masters class was challenging and informative and once again didn’t fail to deliver. I couldn’t recommend the technique more and the knowledge learned from the ART instructors. Many thanks guys, and great to see a bit of Rome too!
