Jack & Lockjaw 🎃

This is a story of my client Jack. He showed up at my door this morning and I had to take him in. Watch his story to learn what happened.

This week has been a busy one with TMJ massages. It makes me so happy to offer that treatment as it's soo relaxing and amazing (if I may say so myself). Thank you to all my lovely clients who've been to brave enough to get their mouths massaged. And thank you to all the regulars and newbies who support this little busines of mine.

☀️ HONEYMOON TRAVELS ☀️

We’ve just returned from the most incredible three weeks in Bali! We learned traditional Balinese cooking on an organic farm (the food was so delicious!), walked through lush rice paddies, watched the most gorgeous sunrises and sunsets, snorkeled with manta rays, and of course, I treated myself to a few well-deserved massages. 🥰

I also somehow came home with a mysterious rash or burn on my thigh that’s still hanging around three weeks later — no idea where it came from! 🤣

I have to say, by the end of the trip I was missing home (and Kali) and looking forward to being back. Now that I’m back, feeling well rested and recharged, I’m ready to get back to work and bring relaxation your way. 💚

Whilst being a dog walker is the best job in the world, it does take a serious toll on your body!

I’ve been suffering with severe shoulder, neck and knee pain for some time, and yesterday I topped it off by putting my back out! Silja to the rescue as always, and has got me feeling right as rain again!

Highly recommend anybody in need of a massage to pay Silja (and the gorgeous Kali, sporting her cone of shame) a visit! 💖

We had the most gorgeous wedding day at Danby Castle Barn on Monday. Everything was absolutely perfect!! 🥰

TMJ massage is one of my absolute favourite treatments to both give (and receive). 💆‍♀️
It’s deeply relaxing, helps release tension, and often leaves you with noticeably more movement in your jaw.

When I had my first TMJ massage, my face felt so relaxed for two weeks! And that is a long time for a clencher like myself. 😂
