🎉💪 Movement Hour at Button House! 💪🎉

Today at Brio Button House, our residents and team came together for an energising session as we joined Joe Wicks, The Body Coach live for Movement Hour 2026! 🔥✨

From the first stretch to the final move, the room was buzzing. There was plenty of laughter, a few challenges along the way, and a real sense of everyone pushing themselves while having fun 💃🕺💛

It was more than just a workout, it was a chance to get moving, lift spirits and enjoy something different together. The positivity in the room was contagious, and it was amazing to see everyone getting involved and supporting one another 🙌✨

Days like this are a great reminder of what makes life at Button House so special, shared experiences, great company and moments that leave you feeling good long after they’re over 🌟🏡

🎉💧 Nutrition & Hydration Week at Button House! 💧🎉

Today our Brio Button House community came together for a wonderful and inspiring event as we celebrated Nutrition and Hydration Week with our residents 🌿✨

Residents joined Sadie Birch and the team to learn more about the importance of staying nourished and hydrated, while enjoying a lovely afternoon of cream teas, infused waters and herbal teas 🍓🍵💧

It was a relaxed and enjoyable way to highlight how small daily habits can make such a positive difference to wellbeing

To help encourage everyone to keep their hydration levels up, residents were also gifted their own water bottles, a simple but meaningful reminder to keep sipping throughout the day

We were also delighted to welcome a very special and inspirational guest, our local fitness hero Anthony Nyman founder of Antics New 💪✨ Anthony shared his passion for creating a supportive, no-judgement fitness community where people of all ages and abilities can come together, make friends, have fun and feel stronger both physically and mentally with the Team

At Antics, the focus is simple: love, support and encouragement ❤️ with classes designed so everyone can take part and enjoy moving their bodies in a positive environment. Even better, the first class is free, so anyone curious can simply turn up and give it a try.

Events like today are a wonderful reminder that health, community and connection go hand in hand and it was truly lovely to see our residents enjoying the afternoon together 🌼

Today our Brio Button House community came together to celebrate someone very special, Pam! 💜✨

Brio Button House was full of energy this morning as our very own Senior Retirement Living Advisor, Fozia, led a fantastic Move it or Lose it family! chair-based exercise session for our residents 🙌

Residents came together for a fun and uplifting class designed to keep bodies moving, boost wellbeing and most importantly, have a great time together

From gentle stretches to light movements, there was plenty of laughter, encouragement and smiles all around 🪑💃✨

The atmosphere was incredible, with everyone cheering each other on and enjoying the positive energy that filled the room

It’s moments like these that truly show the power of staying active, connected and having fun together 💙

Brio Button House was filled with extra love (and MANY happy tears!) today as we celebrated our wonderful Tally, who has officially flown the nest after three incredible years with us 💙

From the moment she joined the team, we’ve had the privilege of watching her grow, flourish and truly come into her own. Her confidence, compassion and quiet strength have blossomed year after year, and it’s been so special to witness her journey 🌱✨

Residents and team members gathered together this afternoon to send her off in true Button House style, surrounded by laughter, hugs, balloons, banners, party poppers, and so much appreciation for the joy she’s brought to our community 🎈🎉🤝💫

Tally Spencer, You haven’t just been part of the team… you’ve been a true part of the heart and soul of this place 💖

🎉💪 Brain & Body Blast at Button House! 💪🎉

Brio Button House was buzzing with energy today as our fantastic Wellbeing Manager, Sadie Birch led an uplifting Brain & Body Blast session 🙌

Residents, staff and family members all came together for a session packed with movement, mental agility and plenty of laughter 🤝🧠✨

The focus was simple, keep both body and mind active while having fun, and it was an absolute blast from start to finish! The room was filled with smiles, encouragement and that wonderful sense of togetherness that makes Button House so special 💙
