At Lambgates, we are proud to serve our community through the collective expertise and compassion of a diverse, highly skilled team. Our clinicians include GPs, GP trainees, nurses, paramedics, pharmacists, healthcare assistants alongside administrative staff, all of whom bring a wealth of experience, understanding, and professional excellence to patient care. Requests for a specific clinician for reasons other than clinical continuity (e.g. Based on appearance, national origin, or any protected characteristic) will not be tolerated.
Our team members come from a wide range of nationalities, ethnicities, and cultural backgrounds. This diversity enriches our practice, strengthens our understanding of the communities we serve, and enhances the quality of care we provide. Every clinician, regardless of their ethnic origin, is appropriately trained, fully qualified, and dedicated to delivering safe, evidence-based, and compassionate healthcare.
We would like to remind all patients and visitors that Lambgates operates a strict zero-tolerance policy towards any form of discrimination, racism, abuse, or harassment. We are unapologetically anti-racist and committed to maintaining a respectful, inclusive, and supportive environment for everyone.
We have no tolerance for any behaviour that goes against our core values or our expectations of respect. Any discriminatory, abusive, or inappropriate behaviour towards our staff or other patients will be taken very seriously and may result in further action in line with NHS policy and our practice procedures.
