As many of you know I have spent the last year working in Cardiac Rehabilitation alongside the clinic. Over this last year I found a passion for cardiology and have had an amazing opportunity arise to train to become a Cardiac Physiologist while working within the Mid and South Essex NHS trust.

While this is an exciting opportunity it does mean I will be putting my little business I’ve created over the last 6 months on hold. I would like to thank all my clients, friends, family and colleagues for your support and look forward to what is to come over the future 😇❤️
