Today Iโ€™m celebrating a little milestone at BossBody โ€” and I want to give something back. ๐Ÿ‘Š

Ever since I qualified as a coach, Iโ€™ve been committed to helping midlife women feel strong, confident and pain-free again.
Itโ€™s so common to struggle with aches/knee pain and low confidence โ€” and I want to help.

To celebrate, Iโ€™m doing something ๐—˜๐—ฃ๐—œ๐—–โ€ฆ a giveaway! ๐ŸŽ‰

My aim:
โ€ข I want to help 10 midlife women feel stronger, move without knee pain, and finish a workout proud โ€” so they can get back to enjoying life with more energy and confidence.
โ€ข Iโ€™ll bust the myth that you โ€œhave to go hard or go home.โ€
โ€ข And Iโ€™ll show you how to squat & lunge without knee pain and train safely in a calm, friendly setting.
