This week we kicked off the year with an incredible KNIT Q1 Meet-Up at the London Stock Exchange. KNIT is a free forum for DEI, HR and business leaders to come together, share insights and explore what’s next for inclusion at work. 🧠💬

From fresh data to fascinating conversations about how AI is shaping the way we work, to what a truly systemic approach to DEI looks like in practice, the energy was astounding and the ideas powerful. There was such a sense of collaboration and clarity, because when we connect, we push each other forward.

Massive thanks to everyone who came, shared, challenged and sparked new thinking, especially the brilliant hosts and speakers who made this session so rich and inspiring. 🙌

And if you weren’t able to make it — don’t worry, this is just the beginning. Stay tuned for more events as we continue the conversation on the future of workplace culture, inclusion and impact. ✨

✨ Rising Star Awards 2026 are officially opening ✨

From 27 January, entries are open for the Rising Star Awards, and yes, they are completely free to enter.

With 18 categories, there really is something for everyone, from female founders, banking and finance, technology, consulting, public sector, and so many other industries. This is about recognising women at all stages who are making an impact, growing in confidence, stretching themselves and stepping into what is next.

If you have ever thought, maybe next year, this is your sign. If you know a woman who is quietly doing incredible things and needs a nudge, nominate her. These awards are about visibility, belief and opening doors that too often stay closed.

⏰ Nominations close on 7 March, so do not leave it too late.
