For the next two weeks only, we’ll be meeting at a different venue - and I want to make sure everyone knows exactly where to find us 💚

I snapped this picture on my walk with Bailey this morning - that little strip of sunrise peeking through the clouds felt like the reminder we all need right now 🌅💛

We’re so close to the turning point…

✨ Our Slimming World Christmas Meal 🎄🍽️ ✨

Last week we had our gorgeous group Christmas meal at The Castle Pub, Hadleigh - and it was absolutely brilliant! The food was delicious, the service was excellent, and the value for money was incredible… their festive 3-course menu is just £10.99! 😍👏

And the best bit?
With Slimming World, nothing is banned when you’re Food Optimising. Yes - you can enjoy meals out, festive treats and social events… it’s all about having a plan and feeling confident with your choices over Christmas 🎅✨

A huge thank you to everyone who came along - and to The Castle for looking after us so well 💚

Found myself a cosy little spot in Yemek this afternoon ☕️ warming up with a coffee and catching up with members.

One of the things I absolutely love about my role is that I can support my members from anywhere… whether it’s in group or tucked away in a lovely local Hadleigh business like this. 💚

What an incredible evening! A whole bunch of you showed up with focus, positivity and determination - and I couldn’t be prouder! December can be full of celebrations and temptations, yet you’re choosing to stay committed, protect your progress, and keep looking after yourselves. That takes real strength… and you showed it in full force 💚

We also welcomed 2 brand-new members into our Slimming World family - a huge warm welcome to you both! You’ve joined at the perfect time to step into 2026 feeling inspired, supported and confident 🥰

A special shout-out, too, to our 21 amazing Target Members, who continue to inspire the whole room with their consistency, kindness and support. You are living proof of what’s possible 🌟

And speaking of inspiration…
💚 Huge congratulations to Lisa, who achieved her incredible 6 stone award last night! What an amazing milestone - your determination, positivity and belief in yourself shine so brightly, and we’re all so proud of you! 👏
