I’m finding now I’ve hit 40 I’m feeling the life-balance struggle! 😅 This year, I’m all about strength, 11,000+ steps daily, cooking more (sorry Mark 😆), and getting back in my target range.

I’m also setting goals to prep and plan better, try new recipes, move every day, be kinder to myself, and stay consistent 💫

One of my favourite parts of our Christmas party… the food tasters 😍

From fresh, festive nibbles to proper show-stoppers, we had something for everyone - including salmon & cream cheese cucumber bites, mince pies, sausage rolls, colourful veggie platters, chocolate roulade, festive fruit creations and of course a Slimming World–friendly sherry trifle ✨

And the best bit?
