Good morning everyone, I’ve been somewhat quiet recently due to a small personal dilemma.
Now I can officially tell you what has happened.
3 weeks ago I had a full knee replacement. After years of pain and coping, on the advice of my consultant I took the plunge.
It wasn’t a decision I took lightly but I am on the mend , and starting a phased return to work .
