A little bit about me

After yoho dieting for many years and trying lots of diets and having lots of fails I finally found one that was perfect for me and adaptable to my lifestyle. After maintaining my weight loss and being made redundant from a job I loved I decided to use my own experience of dieting and using the people skills I had gained in my previous health related job. I applied to be a Cambridge Weight Plan Consultant and successfully passed the interviews and initial training days in 2010 I have continued to take further courses to keep up to date with current trends.

If you are overweight, Diabetic, Asthmatic or have other medical conditions I have extensive knowledge to help, advise and support you for as long as you need me.

One of my clients was a finalist in the UK Slimmer of the Year Awards here she is on a photo shoot.
