I’m so pleased with my new RO (reverse osmosis) water system. The water tastes great and it fits nicely under the sink. Why RO?….
The benefits of RO water include its ability to remove a wide range of contaminants, leading to safer and better-tasting drinking water. This process removes impurities like lead, arsenic, nitrates, pesticides, and chlorine, which can be particularly beneficial for vulnerable groups like children and pregnant women. Additionally, RO systems can reduce sodium intake and, when remineralization is included, may offer improved hydration and taste.

Dry cupping can be a really beneficial treatment. It can be used to relieve muscle pain, reduce inflammation, clear congestion, improve circulation. It can be offered as a standalone treatment to target specific areas but is also a great add on to a massage treatment for added benefits.

World news and life in general can sometimes feel quite overwhelming. World mental health day is a way to generate awareness that there is help and tools out there to help you navigate some complex feelings that can arise from many issues. Mental health.org.uk has many tips to assist.
