I’m so pleased with my new RO (reverse osmosis) water system. The water tastes great and it fits nicely under the sink. Why RO?….
The benefits of RO water include its ability to remove a wide range of contaminants, leading to safer and better-tasting drinking water. This process removes impurities like lead, arsenic, nitrates, pesticides, and chlorine, which can be particularly beneficial for vulnerable groups like children and pregnant women. Dry cupping can be a really beneficial treatment. It can be used to relieve muscle pain, reduce inflammation, clear congestion, improve circulation. It can be offered as a standalone treatment to target specific areas but is also a great add on to a massage treatment for added benefits.
