💥 Just finished my 10th visit review! 💥

Really pleased with my results!

** lost 25cm from my body! 🔥
** metabolic rate is starting to decrease and my metabolic age is younger ⬇️
** body fat ⬇️
** 0.5L of visceral fat ⬇️
** body water ⬆️

But most importantly for me I am feeling more energised, more spritly in the morning and getting into old clothing 😀

Now got an ambition to wear a dress!

** 2 years younger ⬇️ so metabolic rate increasing
** body fat ⬇️
** 0.5L of visceral fat ⬇️

But most importantly for me feeling stronge, so doing a little exercise now. I can now fit in a smaller size of jean! Walking easier. Feeling more alert and energised. Definitely got a sparkle!! ⭐️
