In a rare quiet moment and due to a cancellation this morning one of our beauty therapists was able to have her first reflexology session with the amazing Katie Taylor.

Reflexology is a non-invasive complementary health therapy that applies pressure to specific "reflex" points on the feet, based on the theory that these points correspond to different organs and systems of the body. The goal is to promote deep relaxation, improve circulation, and support the body's natural healing processes.

We offer a 30 minute treatment at £25 and a 45 minute for £35 and Katie works Monday/Tuesday/Wednesday/Friday 9-3
