We have recently taken control of the patient records from the now closed Special Looks Opticians practice in Wall Heath. We have now completed the digitising of records and will be cantacting all patients to introduce our services.

We shut down for the holiday at close of business 4.00 pm Thursday 21st December and re-open Tuesday 2nd Jan 2024.

We are now back to work after a quiet Christmas break. Expecting a rush of spectacle repairs, but it seems you all had a quieter Christmas and we had a calm start to the new year. Happy New Year to all.

At last we can open our doors fully again.
Back to normal opening hours. I'm sorry but customers must wear a face covering and follow social distancing rules.

Nearly back to normal, you will need to be wearing a protective mask if you need to visit us and practice social distancing. Only three customers at once in the showroom.

Sorry but we cannot carry out routine NHS eye examinations yet. But we don't expect it to be long now.😊

Our courier Colin is on holiday again two weeks I'm told and OCS Hay's DX Tipton Branch, his employer has not made any contingency plans yet again. Our deliveries are very late and they even failed to collect any of the work we produced yesterday creating problems for our customers. We are now 35 per cent into our work day and we have still not received any delivery from OCS.
The customer service is a joke. Come back Colin Please......
