Cancellation Policy

All appointments cancelled/rearranged with less than 24 hours noticed will be charged at full price.

Unfortunately due to a high number of last minute cancellations/no shows we will now have to charge all patients 100% of the appointment fee before we can reschedule your appointments.

As a small business missed appointments cost us valuable time and money, with less than 24 hours notice it is not always possible to fill the appointment.

As I’m sure you are all aware this is not something we want to do, and haven’t for the last few years, but due to the growing number of people cancelling at the last minute it will be made effective immediately.

Please try to contact us at least 24 hours before a scheduled appointment to cancel or rearrange - our phone line is open 24/7 and voicemails can be left on 0121 5615847.
