1 week to go until Outlaw Nottingham full 😬 The last 6 months has been a totally new experience of training, lots of hard work, early mornings, laughs, maybe the odd tantrum and panick attack 🦢 🤣 and alot of miles covered!

Along the way i am raising money for an amazing local charity The Pear Tree Fund

I've had the pleasure of meeting quite a few clients in my job who have found this charity and absolute lifeline for them, whether coming to terms with a life changing illness or injury, mental health issues, bereavement or just needed somewhere to have a safe space for a cuppa and a chat.

I love a challenge as some of my regular clients will know by now. This July I will be tackling my biggest yet Outlaw Nottingham 2025 full distance triathlon

This week is week 8 of a 30 week training plan, training 6 days a week, juggling work and looking after your aches and pains, children and family life.

Along the way we are raising funds for The Pear Tree Fund Halesworth who offers vital information, advice and holistic support to people with life-changing illnesses or long-term conditions, and families and carers.
From their tranquil and welcoming base at the purpose-built Pear Tree Centre in the heart of Halesworth, offer everything from a cup of tea and listening ear to sessions with qualified counsellors.
