112 (actually 113.8) mile bike
26.2 mile run at Outlaw Nottingham in 11 hours 59 minutes

1 week to go until Outlaw Nottingham full 😬 The last 6 months has been a totally new experience of training, lots of hard work, early mornings, laughs, maybe the odd tantrum and panick attack 🦢 🤣 and alot of miles covered!

Along the way i am raising money for an amazing local charity The Pear Tree Fund

I've had the pleasure of meeting quite a few clients in my job who have found this charity and absolute lifeline for them, whether coming to terms with a life changing illness or injury, mental health issues, bereavement or just needed somewhere to have a safe space for a cuppa and a chat.
