Natural holistic therapies in Halesworth. I offer holistic and therapeutic beauty treatments in Halesworth. All views are my own.

I am a qualified holistic and beauty therapist, offering a range of treatments in Halesworth (Suffolk). The treatments I offer take place in a cosy, purpose built wooden cabin. Treatments available include Massages, Hot Stones, Pregnancy Therapies, Oncology Therapies, Facials, Private Yoga, and Reiki. I started my Complementary Therapy training in 2012, when I went to University to study 'BSc International Spa Management'. From here, I continued to train and become qualified in various treatments each year - including both beauty and holistic therapies. I hold unique qualifications in Oncology and Pregnancy therapies, and I have almost completed a 4 year course in Homeopathy - which I look forward to offering alongside my current therapies. 🌟 Elfie has returned to the cabin! 🎄 After hearing I was away and would miss the start of December, this morning I found him decorating my tree! 🍬 Along with some sweet treats for all! 🍬

🤔"what do you do when not in the cabin?"...well, I am a Fallout cosplayer / content creator...and...
✨ Last night, I was invited to Amazon's Fallout season 2 premiere in London! ✨ I got to meet fellow Fallout content creators (and two who were also at the 1st premiere), interviewed by Radio One, sat front row and got called out by host Roman Kemp for being dressed up when cast were on stage! 🤩

I then got to meet Mr Todd Howard (executive producer for Bethesda) at the after party!! 🤩 What a way to end the year!!

I should now be back in the cabin until Christmas! 😅🥳

👩‍🎓10 years ago today I graduated from the University of Derby (Buxton) with a First Class Honours degree in BSc International Spa Management, and awarded the "Spa Team Academic Achievement Prize" award 🎓📜
Here I am walking across the stage, shaking hands with the Duke of Devonshire!

13 years ago when I started this journey, I hoped to eventually have my own business. That dream came sooner than imagined, and I am so grateful for everyone's support for the growth of Poppy's Cabin 🙏Thank you 🙏

🎲 Last week I was invited to the Doom boardgame Kickstarter launch event in London!
🏞️ This week we had a lovely few days in the Peak District! (With two days at Warhammer World!).

Full Body (Back, neck, shoulders, arms, legs): 60 minutes - £35 or 90 minutes - £50

Foot & Lower Leg : 25 minutes - £15

Head / Scalp (Dry massage on head, neck, tops of shoulders): 15 minutes - £10

Unique and safe techniques, suitable for those currently living with, or previously had, cancer/tumors. Safe for those currently receiving treatment. Uses a lighter touch.

Instead of hands, hot basalt stones are used throughout the massage.

Back (Back, neck, shoulders) : 45mins - £30

Deluxe (Hot Stones full body, and mini facial using stones) : 75mins - £55

Facial (Uses stones for the massage) : 60 minutes - £35

Include face, neck and scalp massage. Also double exfoliation. Suitable for Oncology Patients and Mother-To-Be. Chose between ‘Just All Good Things’ (locally made natural skincare in Wenhaston) or ‘Avon Nutra Effects’ (for a deeper cleanse).

Express Facial – 30 minutes - £15

Facial – 60 minutes - £30

Hot Stone Facial (Uses stones for the massage) : 60 minutes - £35

Please note: Cannot be performed on those with broken bones; or those undergoing an operation as it may interfere with the anesthetic.

Reiki Taster – 20 minutes - £10

Full Chakra Body Treatment – 60 minutes - £20

Distant Healing (Able to be carried out on those located anywhere in the world) : 20 minutes - £15

Private beginner sessions suitable for those who wish to try Yoga, or are at beginner level. Each session is tailored to suit each individual.

One-to-one – 60 minutes - £8.50

Duo for two people – 60 minutes - £16

Targets cellulite and orange peel. Includes scrub and vigorous massage to thigh area, as well as mini facial and scalp massage. Optional abdominal massage to improve digestion.

Body Sculpting – 60 minutes - £25 Includes scalp massage and mini facial.
