Private beginner sessions suitable for those who wish to try Yoga, or are at beginner level. Each session is tailored to suit each individual.

Targets cellulite and orange peel. Includes scrub and vigorous massage to thigh area, as well as mini facial and scalp massage. Optional abdominal massage to improve digestion.
