Today we celebrate Natalie who has dedicated 14 years of her life to our care home and the people within it. She began her journey as a Carer, driven by compassion and a genuine love for others, and through hard work, resilience, and heart, she has grown into the Manager she is

She leads with kindness, empathy, and an unwavering commitment to doing what’s right, even on the hardest days. Her journey is not just about career progression; it’s about loyalty, growth, and a deep-rooted passion for care.
