Last week in my Wellness Wednesday I got chatting about self love…
Self love isn’t about being perfect.
It’s about being kind to yourself, especially in the moment when things don’t go to plan...ahem like me nearly falling into the swimming baths on a double floaty mattress during a sound bath but that’s a story for another time.
It’s choosing to speak kindly to yourself and celebrate being you, wholeheartedly beautiful YOU.
It’s about raising your vibration and trust that you are doing your very best.
It’s so so easy to get caught up in what should be doing or achieving.
Sometimes the most powerful thing we can do is pause and appreciate who we really are.
So throughout the month of love do something that fills your cup, whether it’s a cup of favourite tea, going for a longer walk or a hearty breakfast or something completely different.
Go for it because you are totally worth it.
