🐦 Nesting Season is Approaching 🌿

Bird nesting season is fast approaching, which typically runs from March through to August. During this time, birds begin building nests in hedges, trees, and shrubs.

Now is a great time to get your hedges trimmed and trees maintained before nesting activity becomes more widespread.

At Lofthouse Tree Surgery, we always carry out a careful inspection before any hedge or tree work is undertaken to ensure there are no active nests present, in line with wildlife protection guidelines.

Large-scale conifer removal🌲

We completed this dismantle of an extra-large conifer earlier this summer ☀️

While it is always a shame to remove such a significant tree, it had unfortunately begun causing structural damage to the customer’s driveway. Safety and property preservation are our priorities.

As we are now in the colder and wetter months we’re looking forward to more sunny days on site like this one! ☀️
