About the Service: Lee Mount Residential Home is a care home located in the heart of a community, close to shops and social centres. The home is registered to provide accommodation and personal care for up to 25 people in one building over two floors.
People’s experience of using this service: The most powerful feature of the service was the management and staff’s commitment to providing person-centred care which put people at the heart of their care. There were well thought-out processes in plce to capture people’s wishes and preferences and make real improvements in people’s quality of life. People and staff were empowered to achieve goals which reduced challenging behaviours and improved people’s engagement with activities in both the home and the wider community.
