BACK PAIN !

The most common thing physios see !

Acute back pain is often very severe and this makes us avoid moving . However movement is the way to get rid of back pain .

Every one will suffer with back pain at some point but often a physio or gp appt isn’t needed .

However we do have to watch out for rare symptoms which can indicate something more serious . Look out for a future post covering this !

Keep moving !

Carpel tunnel syndrome

Often misdiagnosed which certainly leads to been mistreated !

They are notoriously tricky to settle down and normally need multiple different interventions ! This leaflet explains each one briefly but nicely !

Start off at one and if no change surgery is usually the case but still not always the cure !

Been asked a lot, do you do sports massage or have one the massage guns?
Yes, I do sports massage and I do own a massage gun, but I would never use it on a patient. When you pay for a service I would expect the physio to do it with their hands. The massage guns can be used at home!
