A wonderful group of Calderdale volunteers came to our wellness gemstone jewellery workshop today.

We learnt about how crystals are formed, certain benefits of them and how to turn the beautiful gems into wearable jewellery. Everyone made stunning bespoke items to take home and had a lovely few hours relaxing.

Unfortunately some booked spaces were a no show 😔 meaning those on the waiting list missed out. Please do remember if you book and are unable to attend, do cancel your booking as your place will automatically be offered to someone on the waiting list.

Many thanks to the Community Foundation for Calderdale for funding our small project to give thanks to Calderdale volunteers who give their time and energy to wonderful charities across our borough 🙏🏻

**Day 6 of Volunteers Week 💜**

Today was an incredible day as Sophie and Eve had the honor of delivering a wonderful wellness workshop to the extraordinary volunteers of Overgate Hospice.

Eve captivated everyone with her essential oil pillow mist workshop, filling the room with delightful scents and soothing techniques. Later, Sophie transported the volunteers to a state of deep relaxation with her mesmerising sound healing session.

We are immensely grateful for the dedication and hard work of all the volunteers. You are the heartbeat of the Overgate Hospice community, and your selfless contributions inspire us all. Thank you for being such a vital part of Calderdale!

Day 2- Volunteers Week

🌈 Join us at Active Rainbow Enterprise CIC as we express our heartfelt gratitude to Calderdale volunteers! 🌟 We’re excited to share that we’re hosting a rejuvenating wellness workshop at Overgate Day Hospice on Saturday, June 8th.

As part of our appreciation, we’re offering two exquisite components of relaxation and healing. 🌸✨

🧴 Create Your Own Essential Oil Pillow Mist: Volunteers will discover the secrets of blending and the therapeutic benefits of essential oils as they craft their bespoke pillow mist.

🔮 Sound Therapy with Crystal Sound Bowls: Volunteers can immerse themselves in the ambiance of sound therapy and experience profound serenity.

These activities are designed to show our gratitude and help volunteers achieve inner peace and relaxation.
