Happy Halloween from CSS! 🎃🦇

The SEN night has been a blast! Everyone’s costumes were amazing. Everyone had such a good time celebrating the spooky season! 🦇🎃🦇

Our CSS walking group meet every other week, sometimes braving the unpredictable British weather 🌦️ although this doesn’t dampen their spirits! Last week they walked to shibden park and met some geese along the way. 🚶🏼‍♂️🚶

💥Hollybank Trust Scarecrow Festival.

🎉 A lovely day out for Aachen Hall and Addy Day Service at the Hollybank Scarecrow Festival! Huge thanks to Hollybank for the invite and for the free coffee and cake (Cake's were delicious).

We also want to say a big thank you to the team and service users at Elms for welcoming us in and letting us join your sessions. It was lovely to spend time together 💜

🌛Children’s Night Support Workers wanted🌛

Are you passionate about supporting others to fulfil their everyday needs?

Are you a night owl and looking to do full or part-time on night shifts?

Our children’s services Orchard Court & Brambles are looking for dedicated and committed night support workers to support the children during the night.

These shifts are waking nights, so you would be expected to support throughout the night, ensuring the children are safe and well.

Duties would include supporting with personal care, ensuring the children are comfortable, fulfilling duties throughout the home such as cleaning and organising for the day staff to take over.

The ideal candidate would be someone who has a strong ability to work on their own initiative, has a keen eye for detail and a passion for supporting the wellbeing of children with complex disabilities.

Experience is not essential however it is beneficial to have worked in a care setting before, full support and training will be given to the chosen candidates.
