The family of the late Thomas Reilly, aged 21, of Halifax, are deeply saddened to announce his passing.
Thomas was a beloved son, brother, uncle nephew and friend, who will be greatly missed by all who knew and loved him.
His funeral will take place on Tuesday 28th April.
This will be a closed service, attended by close family and friends only.
