Many apologies for not being very active on social media over the last 12 months (in this time I bought my first house, got a new senior NHS job, got two puppies and became super fortunate to be really involved with GB Synchro as their physio and coach for the 2019 season all whilst trying to pursue my final year of my MSc in sport and exercise medicine)!

At this moment in time we are not taking on any Physiotherapy clients due to my current work life balance being a bit out of Wack and my books are entirely full for mentoring and coaching also! Hello! My name is Rosie Barrington, some of you will know me, I am a synchronised swimming coach and a full time NHS Musculoskeletal Senior Physiotherapist with specialist interest in sports and exercise medicine (MSc).

I have the busy honour of attending NAGS this weekend as not only a coach for City of Leeds but I am also bringing my business (In-Synch Physiotherapy) to this competition! I Have a variety of services to offer (please see below) however my main aim for the weekend is to spread the word and encourage our lovely sport to utilise the excellent benefits of sports massage on performance and recovery.
