Introduction to Mindfulness, workshop and wellness evening.
We have just welcomed the month of November, and we would like to welcome you to an evening of relaxation on our mindfulness workshop. This is a great introduction to mindfulness and how to apply different mindfulness techniques into your daily life.
Research indicates that mindfulness practice can manage and prevent stress, anxieties, chronic pain and improve health.
The evening includes;
