I love teaching clients to speak Confidently as themselves, to enjoy it and to be effective.
The last client I taught to do this a few weeks ago, had 3 aims at his upcoming work appraisal.
1) To get a decent pay rise.
2) To clarify some of his contractual terms, including employer contributions to his pension scheme, and some terms as they applied in relation to his colleagues.
3) To secure a permanent contract so he could get a mortgage and buy his first home with confidence.
We planned, prepared and practised both pre prepared and spontaneous speaking, to represent him at his best, both at his appraisal and with these transferable skills now, for life.
He said he couldn't believe how much fun it was.
Delighted to say all 3 aims were highly satisfactorily achieved.
He is a very happy client looking for his first home and has just replaced his car too.
