After the terrible revelations on BBC news of the Funeral Director on trial in Hull, yesterday - please let me assure you & all the hundreds of families that we have had the privilege to care for - we are properly QUALIFIED & LICENCED members of the British Institute of Funeral Directors(BIFD), and are also full members of the Society of Allied and Independent Funeral Directors(SAIF), who inspect our premises.

The UK government is rightly looking into REGULATING the whole of the funeral industry - and we welcome this at Amanda Dalby Funeral Services, as do our Trade Associations BIFD & SAIF 👍

As Mother’s Day approaches on Sunday, we remember all the Mums who are no longer with us, but are Angels looking down on us, with that Unconditional Love that is unmatched by any other Love 🩷

Amanda attended two wonderful services at Halifax Minster during this last week - a Celebration of the Life of a much respected member of the Calderdale Community, and a Service to Commemorate the Covid 19 National Day of Reflection 🤍
We are so lucky to have this beautiful Church where these very special services can be held ⛪️

Amanda, who was born & brought up in Bradford, is proud to say that she is friends with one of the ‘Bantams of the Opera Choir’ who sang at the ‘Sports Personality of the Year’ on Thursday evening..where they honoured all of the Sportspeople who have passed away recently - it was a really heartfelt accolade to those that we have loved & lost in the Sporting World 🤍
