We've noticed that the page is still getting likes and views so, we just wanted to ask a question.

Would you rather we came back with a larger selection of soaps, or a smaller number of soaps and our bath salts?

Our aim is to get back to where we used to be, but we need to make profit to be able to grow our available product line.

What are you most looking forward to seeing when we return?

So I'm looking into eco friendly packaging. It would mean that all Summer Cottages packaging would be easily recyclable ♻️

Unfortunately, it also means that our postage costs would be slightly higher than they were previously.

Is this something you'd all be happy with?

The news you've all been waiting for!!

Summer Cottage will be returning in October!
I'm moving all of Summer Cottages soaps down in to the kitchen, with hopes of expanding.
I'm currently working on making sure all of our packaging is Eco Friendly and that it all will be recyclable. I'm looking at ways to make this change without impacting you all.

As well as our lines, we'll also be offering soaps made by a very talented soap maker I'm able to call a very close friend.

I'm also looking at local vendors that handmake other things such as wax melts, Bath bombs and other popular items.

I'm also currently being assessed for another range. All will be revealed when when we pass the assessments.

Hopefully I'll be able to feature other Yorkshire artisans.

We are happy to announce that we will be returning!

We just need to do some sorting out behind the scenes, so i dont have a return date as of yet, but we will keep you up to date on what's happening.

Thank you all for your support, and thank you for all the messages of support we've recieved since our last post earlier this month. You've made coming back a less daunting experience! 😂

So, I know you all haven't heard from me in a really long time, and for that, I am sorry.

My plan was to close temporarily due to illness and reopen within a few weeks.
Unfortunately, that didn't work out how I'd have liked.

I've found myself recently, thinking about reopening. I'm just testing the waters to see if it's worth reopening, and I've any of you lovely lot would come back if I did reopen.

I'd like to apologise for the fact that the page decided to re share all the photos earlier today.

I'm currently taking a little break for personal reasons and I'm unsure as to why those photos were shared, because it certainly wasn't me that shared them.

There is only me that has access to the administrative permissions.

I hope to be back with you all shortly, I'm just having a think about what direction to go in and what products to offer you lovely lot!

So please do bear with me!

Afternoon everyone!!

Unfortunately tomorrow's planned restock will have to be postponed slightly due to illness.
It's nothing serious, I just don't want to be handling stock whilst I'm feeling like this.

I hope you all understand.

They'll be a small restock next week of current stock. These will all be cut and wrapped and ready to go, so I'll be able to offer next day posting. Some scents may not be returning to the new stock line up coming in a few weeks, so grab your favourites.
