Active Yoga for Active People

Welcome to a brand new yoga class especially for you active folk. Whether you’re into running, cycling, rock climbing or other heart-raising sports & leisure interests the sessions are all-inclusive and are suitable for beginners.

I specialise in teaching Hatha yoga with a stronger twist -bringing in some flow and strength work; perfect for anybody who is interested in a more active class to compliment an already active lifestyle & to help to remain injury free.

We start with a simple breathing practice which helps to relax the body and then move into some juicy warm up stretches and find our way to postures/asanas with a little playtime before a long, guided relaxation, leaving your feeling relaxed, refreshed and ready for the rest of your evening.

The class is a friendly and informal environment which plenty of encouragement and a laid-back vibe with lots of laughs along the way.
