❣️Internal/Environmental: The feeling of deep breathing, resting in a cozy blanket, or petting an animal.

❣️Daily Life: Recognizing a positive moment (like a perfect parking spot) instead of focusing solely on the negative.

Say thank you outloud or in your head when you experience glimmers for the more grateful you are the more you will experience!
