We have been asked to share our CVs with a company who wish to refer cases to us. It's at times like this I take a moment to stand back and look in on my/our careers to date.
It is one full of ups, downs and everything in between but I can honestly say I am so happy I chose physiotherapy/pilates and for my professional life as it is today. Not everyone can say that about their job/work.... I am even grateful for the not-so-good experiences because they have motivated and shaped me somehow. There is always something to learn from an experience in my opinion. Always an opportunity to grow...
It's almost hard to remember now, but I qualified in 2002 and Jenny Rose qualified in 2006! I know, it's hard to believe it was sooooo long ago....especially because we still only look 25 years old (haha - not!) π€£
Since then, we have remained committed to continuous professional development (CPD) which is reflected in the reading we do, conversations we have, courses we attend, peer reviews, observations in clinics, watching operations/procedures, in-house training, reflections etc...and we will ALWAYS remain committed to CPD here at Plus Health Co. ...
..So when you come to see us for a physio appointment or attend one of our classes, you're getting all of that and we just love to pass it on!
Quality and experience matters and it doesn't happen without continually putting in the work, often behind the scenes and often unpaid (in fact quite often, we pay for it!).
So whilst we may not offer the cheapest physiotherapy or classes, we can confidently say we are 'up there' as being some of the best! ...because you tell us we are and because we believe in ourselves π
