We are holding a self harm awareness session to tackle stigma on Self Harm Awareness Day.

Join us at Healthy Minds to bust some myths and open up conversations.

What to expect:
- Learn more about self-harm, including myth-busting.
- Share your thoughts.
- Take away helpful Information for yourself or someone else.
- 1-1 Safespace support will be available in our garden room.
- Dip in/out of our interactive activities.
